All our legumes and cereals follow the mission to
make our customers known about the central Italy food's tradition.
Coming from this idea, we selected farmer's associations and small
farmers able to grow ancient seeds typical from Toscana, Umbria
and Lazio. These three regions are the heart of Italy and show their
history through cities like Firenze, Perugia, Assisi and Roma. Once
upon ago in countries around these cities, farmers were used to
grow particular kind of legumes and cereals. Nowadays this old treasures
run the risk of extinction. Our mission, together with these Associations
and farmers, is to preserve them and to make them known to the customers
really lover of fine food, wherever they live.
All our products has been declared by a Government decree as "Traditional
products" meaning that they has been produced following the
traditional system of growing and that they make part of the history
of region in which are still produced:
